Powerboats and Yachts offer everything from short duration rides to extended charters. You can also book yachts for charter and even a 77ft classic sailing Thames barge. All are based in Portsmouth’s famous and historic Harbour.  Our head office is located in the High Street in Portsmouth (Commercial Road)  and we normally depart from Gunwharf Quays and other Solent locations.

Powerboats and Yachts is managed by industry professionals with many years experience of powerboat charter and yacht charter. Our ethos is to offer you a unique combination of choice, service and advice and enable you to experience the best from your time on the water. We have a wide variety of vessels from new high performance RIBS, to sports boats, luxury power cruisers, some classic sailing vessels and even two ‘tall ships’ for corporate leadership and diversity programs. Our latest boats are fast power catamarans with twin 300HP engines! They make great platforms for marine picnic's or stable platforms for sea fishing trips.

All of our vessels are fully MCA coded (approved by the appropriate and relevant licensing authorities for commercial use), insured, and fitted with all the necessary safety equipment. They are all, without exception, helmed by commercially endorsed, very experienced skippers, with a wealth of local knowledge. All vessels carry a full complement of life jackets which are compulsory wear (and a selection of waterproofs where required). We also carry a range of children's lifejackets.

Your charter
You might be an experienced sailor with considerable charter experience, or you may be completely new to boating, and simply want a fun day out on the water with friends and family, so an exciting  rib charter is the answer.
